As Hotel Loftleiðir 1st floor is undergoing complete renovation, the swimming pool will be closed until 1st June 2011 and so are the Gym and the Spa.

All guests will be given free entrance to one of Reykjavik’s oldest indoor thermal pool, Sundhöll Reykjavikur, which is renowned for its beautiful architecture.

The in-house restaurant, reception area, and indoor swimming pool will all be updated in a refreshing new style.

In order to minimize inconvenience, during the main period of renovation, the restaurant and reception area will be temporarily moved to the hotel’s main conference venue in a different wing of the hotel and away from any construction disturbance. The hotel bar will also be located there during the renovation.  The hotel will also offer free Internet access and free daily access to our local cinema during this period.

During the renovation there will not be ATM machine in the hotel.

The hotel's restaurant offers guests a mouth-watering selection of cuisine in the morning from the breakfast menu, the breakfast is served from 4:30am until 10:00am with a full breakfast being served from 7:00. The hotel's restaurant serves a tasty lunch served from 11:30 to 14:00.

The hotel's restaurant serves mouth-watering cuisine from 19:00 to 22:00. The hotel's experienced and professional chef team prepare the most delicious menu using only the freshest of seasonal ingredients. You are sure to have a memorable meal for all the right reasons.

Icelandair Hotel Loftleidir also encompasses the Lon Bar, a fine bar situated on the first floor of the hotel and encompasses a stylish and modern décor. The bar is the ideal place to relax and enjoy a drink with friends after an enjoyable days sightseeing. The bar also serves light meals and snacks. The Lon Bar is open from 12:00 till 23:30.
